Shipping policy

WE SHIP ACROSS THE U.A.E, USING LEADING SERVICE PROVIDERS OF TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED VANS.

PLEASE REFER TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES AND T&C BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

  • All online orders require 24 hours to Pick & Pack (not delivery) during working weekdays and minimum of 48 Hours for Delivery.
  • R.A.K ,SHARJAH, FUJEIRAH & UAQ areas requires 3 working days for delivery 
  • Orders received before after 6pm will begin processing on the following weekday morning, then allow for next day delivery to receive your order. IE: Orders received after 6pm will be classified as orders placed the following day and will be prepared for delivery the following day.
  • NEXT DAY delivery is applicable only for Dubai only and is available only from Monday to Friday . Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates will require extra 1-2 day for delivery. Unless stated otherwise on our home page Banner. 
  • Orders can take up to 3 working days during peak season and public holidays.
  • All orders placed must have a fully completed address with an active mobile number to ensure delivery.
  • LANDLINE number will delay your delivery as only mobile numbers are accepted in the delivery platform to send you notification. 
  • Deliveries can be made anywhere between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
  • The Australian Trader, cannot guarantee an on time delivery if the details of address of receiver is not fully completed and inaccurate. 
  • Final shipping costs and delivery options will be available in the checkout after you enter your preferred method of shipping if you are residing outside the U.A.E
  • The Australian Trader will attempt a maximum of Two (02) Times to complete your delivery. Please ensure to be available for the secondary attempt by giving clear information to our drivers of timings. 

 

Applicable delivery rates: UPDATED September 2025 IN LINE WITH LOCAL AND GLOBAL SHIPPING AND FUEL SURCHARGES. 

  • Free delivery is applied for orders of 250 AED and above of purchased goods 
  • Orders below 250 AED will incur a standard delivery charge of 35 AED+ VAT  and is delivered within 2-3 working days depending on your emirates.
  • Our Delivery time is between 6am and 10pm.
  • The Australian Trader cannot guarantee an on time delivery if the details of address or receiver are not fully completed
  • Delivery days : Monday to Saturday ( Excluding public holidays)
