Refund policy

Refund
Returns are only made on the following basis:
Goods purchased are outside the stated best before date on the package.
We will only highlight short expiration date for products if it's less than 7 days. All Goods are sold within Food control guidelines of the country and producers.
OR Goods received are not of satisfactory state (Damaged/opened).
We ensure no damaged goods are delivered as are packing line is monitored by CCTV.
OR Receipt of an alternative product other than that advertised or purchased online. This does not apply to artwork of products as seasonal lines might change packaging.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds for damaged goods only must be accompanied by any one of the following:
1) Proof of Purchase documents and claims must be made within a maximum of 3 hours of receipt of goods.
2) No claims will be accepted after set time due to food safety regulations.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
Goods will only be refunded after receipt of goods in our warehouse in their original packaging and after inspection of our CCTV of packing to determine if error occurred in warehouse or during shipping.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refund for Change of Mind or Expectation of Australian Market full shelf life of product as goods are shipped from abroad..
Please select carefully and research the product you are purchasing for allergens, colouring, ingredients or special need diet as we do not promote, certify or endorse any products.
Refunds
Refunds will be made when it is established that we are unable to offer an alternative or an exchange. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment that the goods were originally purchased by. Some credit card service providers can take up to 2 weeks to make the refund, this is outside the control or responsibility of the Australian Trader.
Refund will be generated with 48 hours from The Australian Trader receipt of goods in warehouse or resolution via Email.
